Imagine being part of a group of people who are all committed to consciously improving their lives and manifesting their dreams. These individuals each bring unique perspectives, resources, skills, and contacts to the group. Most importantly, each one is committed to actively working towards their own goals—and supporting the other members in achieving theirs. A true win/win opportunity.

A mastermind group is only as effective as the strength of these 3 elements:

  1. The Structure: Without a strong structure, these groups tend to devolve into social gatherings or simply fade away. A strong structure ensures equal contribution and participation from each member, as well as maximum efficiency and effectiveness in your personality growth.
  2. The Commitment: The group must be a priority in your life. Put in the effort, and your life can transform. It is easy to let your commitment slide, like many other things in life. However, failing to commit leads to reduced trust in self and others, less progress towards goals that are important to you, and far less pro-active support than your dreams deserve. So, take the plunge and commit to each other and yourself.
  3. The People: The synergy created by a group of like-minded people who are committed to growing, evolving, and manifesting for themselves and others can catalyst everyone involved to new heights of achievement in self-improvement and otherwise. People with different perspectives ensure that we see all sides of the equation. However, people who are too dissimilar can struggle to find common ground and bring discord to the group.

The concept of the Mastermind Group was formally introduced by Napoleon Hill in the early 1900s. In his timeless classic, “Think And Grow Rich” he wrote about the Mastermind principle as: “The coordination of knowledge and effort of two or more people, who work toward a definite purpose, in the spirit of harmony.” He continues… “No two minds ever come together without thereby creating a third, invisible intangible force, which may be likened to a third mind.” I have taken this idea blended with core witch group concepts to create a new tribe. The modern coven concept allows for a partnership and growth of all.

Welcome to the circle.

Ask yourself: What if there were 12 other people who, as they moved forward in their lives, are also thinking about you- how they could support you, how they could include you, how they could create for you- and you were doing the same for them? What might that mean for your life?
